Dong Weijia pointed out in his speech that China's greenhouse gas emissions will reach 13 billion tons in 2024, with energy activities and industrial production processes accounting for over 90%. To achieve carbon neutrality from 2024 to 2060, China is expected to invest approximately 268 trillion yuan, and the issue of carbon emissions urgently needs to be addressed. In this context, countries around the world are actively exploring next-generation energy technologies, and green ammonia has become a global focus of attention. Compared to hydrogen, ammonia has significant advantages in storage and transportation, and is expanding from the traditional agricultural fertilizer field to the new energy field. The National Development and Reform Commission has issued multiple documents to guide the traditional high energy consuming synthetic ammonia industry to optimize its raw material structure and production technology, eliminate outdated production capacity, develop towards green ammonia, and explore demonstration projects for renewable energy hydrogen production to replace fossil fuels in industries such as synthetic ammonia.
Dong Weijia introduced that the distributed scenario wind photovoltaic to ammonia small-scale dismantling device developed by Gongda Kaiyuan utilizes renewable energy such as wind, solar or tidal power to generate green electricity, electrolyzes water to produce green hydrogen, and then synthesizes green ammonia with nitrogen in the air. The entire process is clean and carbon free, and can also solve the problem of wind and electricity waste disposal. This device has many advantages: it adopts a modular design and can be combined with single or multiple prys according to different production capacities to form a pry mounted or containerized device; Using PID optimization, 3D modeling, pipeline stress analysis, steel structure deepening, as well as DCS, electrical instrument control system and other full process optimization design; The equipment is highly prefabricated and pre installed, eliminating the need for owners to build factories and carry out on-site construction operations, significantly reducing investment and management costs; The project construction period has been significantly shortened, and the overall equipment delivery time is about 8 months; Small footprint, with a single pry occupying only about 30 square meters, making demolition and relocation convenient. At present, standard series of synthetic ammonia plant products such as 1000 tons/year, 3000 tons/year, 5000 tons/year, 10000 tons/year, and 20000 tons/year have been launched.
This small pry mounted device has broad application prospects in the future, and can be used for the construction of floating/fixed ammonia production equipment on offshore platforms. It can also comprehensively utilize hydrogen gas from traditional industries such as coal and coking production synthesis tail gas, as well as by-product hydrogen gas from steel and chlor alkali industries.
